php页面缓存问题？

（一）当我输入网址http://localhost/abc/en/index.php的时候
页面显示：

（二）当我输入网址http://localhost/abc/es/index.php的时候
页面显示：

（三）当我将网址http://localhost/abc/es/index.php改写成http://localhost/abc/en/index.php的时候
页面依然显示：

而不显示成为

我用了这样的代码：

可是不起作用，请问我如何解决这个问题呢？

首先你检查你的header是否被正确发送了再说
